Add simulink QML plugin to Windows installer

      The QML plugin for the Simulink connector (https://git.qt.io/mbadri/simulinkconnector)
      should be part of Qt Design Studio.

      This plugin is Windows 10 only.

      The plugin can be build from source (https://git.qt.io/mbadri/simulinkconnector), but it is most likely easier if Mahmoud just provides the binary.

      Qt Design Studio is based on Qt 5.15.0 (MSVC 2019, 64 bit)

      The plugin has to be installed to "bin\qml" and "qt5_design_studio_reduced_version\qml".
