When leaving component file, changes that are made to that file seem to be saved automatically, Save Changes dialog does not open. Steps to reproduce:

• Import the attached 3D model to a new project
• Drag and drop it to the 3D Editor
• Right click the component in the navigator and choose "Go into component"
• Change some property, e.g. move the component
• Click "Screen01.ui.qml" breadcrumb above the 3D Editor
• -> Should open the Save Changes dialog but instead seems to automatically save the changes and switch to Screen01.ui.qml file

Reproduces on Windows and Linux. On mac seemed to work as expected and the save changes dialog was opened.
