QuickDesigner: Removal of state without asking for confirmation

Steps to reproduce:

• have a Quick application opened
• open ui.qml file inside Quick Designer
• add a state or two
• remove the state(s)

Current result:

• no confirmation is asked for when removing a state

Expected:

• as this might be an accidental click I'd prefer Quick Designer to ask whether to remove the state or not (maybe with a 'Do not show again') but please, at least ask for it..
