Add user warning system into Property Editor

Add warning item into Property Editor, that will inform user about various not so obvious situations and statuses.
Activate it in case of:
parent item being deactivated or invisible;
item in MCU project has MCU restricted properties;
forbidden Item in MCU project;
informing user that they are changing property in a specific state;
other ideas?.

System should show text messages, differently indicated as info, warning or error message, sometimes supporting buttons or other functionality (like button "Manage/Remove all restricted properties").
