Introduce Contextual Form Editor Toolbar

Investigate the feasibility of introducing a contextual toolbar for the Form Editor, which would show the most used properties of the currently selected object.

Should also include increasing the toolbar size for larger icons, re-organizing the current persistent tools we want to always show in the form editor. Testing a larger default for Icon Size and using a few selected Items for testing the concept. I would suggest the text item and the studio rectangle item.
