introduce dockable panels for properties

    Description

      As part of the ongoing UX improvements we would like to investigate how to move the property panel from one big block to discrete panels for each object, common property set. For example a common geometry panel. And be able to redesign these panels with a flexible grid system to improve the look and feel of them.

      Questions are:

      How much effort to create dockable panels from the existing property sections?

      How much effort to introduce a new layout system for the property panels?

      How much effort to create new panels (ie - a new color manager widget)?
