Integrate Navigator locked feature into CurveEditor

The Navigator locked feature is currently taking into account by the following components:

• Transition Editor
• Connection Editor
• Form Editor
• Text Editor
• Timeline
• Navigator
• State Editor

It should also be taken into account by the CurveEditor. The CurveEditor has its own lock feature which should be integrated with the Navigator lock feature.
