No Constants.qml file in the project with MCU support

    Description

      When I create a new project with a MCU support - no Constants.qml file is created.

      I can still add an import of a main project in a file using a drop-down list in QML Imports tab, but this ends with an error.

      I have to manually add a Constants.qml file and modify CMakeList.txt file to make it work.
