Asset Import View scroll issue after changing from List to Icon mode

      When scrolling with the mouse wheel on the item library in any icon mode (Large Icons, Medium Icons, Small Icons) everything is working properly. Changing to List mode also works proper while scrolling, but if changing back to any icon mode the scroll speed is really slow.
      The following gif shows the result of scrolling 3 steps with the mouse wheel:
