Wheel interaction on SpinBox broken

    Description

      The mouse wheel manipulation on SpinBoxes is not working anymore. This is caused by a disabled MouseArea if the SpinBox is in "Edit" mode. This change was necessary due do a bug which caused the SpinBoxInput not getting any mouse input in "Edit" mode and was fixed in QDS-3046.
