Add documentation project for qtquickdesigner-components module

Copy documentation for the Studio components from the qtcreator repository to the qtquickdesigner-components.

Set up the documentation project for building the docs for the module.

When the module docs are available online at doc.qt.io, remove them from the qtcreator repository.
