Zoom screen to fit all content in Form Editor is broken

1. Open a Project in the Form Editor
2. Go to the Text Editor (no mode switch) and back to the Form Editor
3. The Zoom screen to fit all content button is broken

Repeated clicking of the Zoom screen to fit all content will result in the zoom level getting smaller and smaller. Even when totally zoomed in clicking the button results in going up one zoom level.
Also when the root item is slightly off screen the same button doesn't center the scene, but just decreases the zoom level.
It basically behaves same as the Zoom out button.

Zoom screen to fit current selection works without issues.
