Clicking "Restart now" after enabling crashpad leaves crash reporting disabled

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open Tools -> Options -> Environment
      • Check "Enable cras reporting"
      • -> Restart Required dialog opens -> click "Restart Now"
      • After restart, check again Tools -> Options -> Environment
      • -> Enable crash reporting is not enabled as one would expect

      Clicking "Later" in the dialog and then manually restarting DS seems to work as expected.
