Make it possible to see the impact of changes to QML files in Qt Creator live in the application on the target device

      As part of the Qt Quick Designer NG project, a live preview of QML files on the device is needed. The user should be able to choose a file to preview in Qt Creator and the respective QML component should be instantiated in the context of the application. Editing the file or any other files referenced from it should change the live preview accordingly.

      The support for this in Qt will be developed for 5.11, as a separate debug service. The debug service can then be backported to 5.9 and 5.10 and offered as a, potentially commercial, add-on package. Using that, newer Qt Creators will be able to live-preview applications developed with Qt 5.9 or 5.10.
