Importing files with capitalized suffix does not work in many places even in Windows with case-insensitive file system

Importing 3D asset with upper case suffix e.g. "test.FBX" fails.

Importing other assets with upper case suffix fails when dragged directly from explorer to assets tab. Asset tab also doesn't show them properly or allow dragging such assets to navigator or form editor.
