Decision item click area includes the label text and it causes wrong selections

The bounding rectangle used to check if the flow decision item was clicked contains also the label text. This causes unexpected items to be selected in some cases.

In the screenshot, when clicked at the left arrows, the decision item far right will be selected due to too large bounding box, which is combination of the label text and the icon.
