Crash on closing last *.ui.qml in split Edit Mode

QtDS crashes when having a split view in Edit Mode where both sides show the same *.ui.qml which is the last remaining open file in the current session. When attempting to close it, QtDS crashes.
It could be that before this happens one needs to automatically switch to Design Mode and back to Edit Mode by closing all the other files up front. Have a look at the screen recording to understand how to reproduce it.
