"Expand all" doesn't expand subsections

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open a project
      • Collapse subsections from Default Components section in Item Library
      • Collapse Default Components section
      • Choose "Expand all" from context menu
      • -> Default Components section is expanded but its subsections are not
