Allowed to remove module after adding another module, although components in use

Steps to reproduce:

• Open a project
• Add e.g. Quick3D module
• Drag and drop View3D to Form Editor
• -> Removing Quick3D module is now not allowed, as expected when component from that module is in use
• Add some other module, e.g. Qt.Quick.Controls
• -> Removing Quick3D is now allowed, even though it shouldn't be
