TextField translation toggle only works after deselect/select

When toggling the translation button on a TextField in the PropertyEditor it only works once. Enabling/disabling after the initial interaction will have no effect. To make it work again the current Item needs to be deselected and selected again, afterwards the translation can be toggled once until another re-select.
