When removing an item that is used as a layer for another item via the navigator will not remove all the settings

      When removing an item that is used as a layer for another item via the navigator will not remove all the settings. It will remove the layer.effect line but not the layer.enabled line which is left there. This should be removed as well when the rest is removed.
