Add check logic for imports redundancies for HMC merge Template contextmenu

currently, that's because there is no redundancy check logic. so when merging qml files, the same import library can be added several times.

so redundancy check logic can skip import adding work if there is the same import library in between screen's context(style) and template qml file at the same time.
