      Investigate how we handle qdb during installation

      We start the qdb server during qds installation. Is this actually required?

      during online installation with qt-unified-windows-x86-4.1.0-online.exe we get a dialog: "Installer Error : Error during installation process "

      with qt-unified-windows-x86-4.0.1-1-online.exe in RTA there is not such an error dialog

      it is not a problem to click ignore at the dialog
