Issues in component library

Own build with Qt 6.1

• Tooltips don't show up for Add module and Add new assets.. buttons
• Highlighting stays on for those buttons, after they have been clicked
• Arrows beside modules and sections in Library don't look like arrows anymore (also an issue in properties view) (fixed separately)

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a project
• Hover mouse over Add module button or add new assets button -> no tooltip
• Click Add Module button and then Add new assets button
• -> Buttons are highlighted like in down state and stay that way
• If component library is undocked and docked again, it starts working as expected. Please see attached recording
