.qrc generation should take existing .qrc file into account

If a .qrc file is generated and this file already exists to not generate the initial .qrc file using the RCC tool.

Instead, use the existing .qrc file.

All files from the existing .qrc file and from the project are checked by default.

Files added from the project should be bold.
