The importer should remember the settings

The importer should remember the settings.

When importing the user can set directories etc.
Those settings have to be stored somewhere.
Most likely the best place is to store them in the .metainfo file
in a section "last import".

Then QDS would imminently know if this file was already imported, to which project and when.
