vectors with gradient stroke not converted to asset

Our default behavior for vectors with a gradient fill is to generate an asset for this item, this works with items with fill but if a vector has only an outline and this outline has a gradient we fail to convert it to an asset and also generate a vector with a transparent outline instead.
