Errors with components from QtQuick Ultralite Extras and Layers modules

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create/open a project
      • Add QtQuick Ultralite Extras and QtQuick Ultralite Layers modules
      • Drag and drop colorized image component to Navigator
      • ->Error shown in Navigator: Component ..... could not be created.
        ..../ColorizedImage.qml:31:1:module "QtGraphicalEffects is not installed"
      • Drag and drop application component to Navigator
      • -> "Item could not be created" warning shown in Navigator
      • Also, adding screen component from QtQuick Ultralite Layers module to Navigator, will open three Qml2Puppet windows. Not sure if this is a bug or expected behaviour. See the attached picture.
