Add possibility to collapse/expand all sections at once in Property Editor

Collapsing/expanding individual sections in Property Editor works now by clicking the sections. It would be handy to collapse and expand all sections in once.

Component Library and Asset Library have this functionality: Context menu is opened by right clicking the section header. Please see attached pictures.
