Module can be removed after re-opening a project, even though components in use

Steps to reproduce:

• Create/Open a project
• Add QtQuick.Studio.Components module
• Drag and drop e.g. Triangle component to Navigator
• Right click on top of QtQuick Studio Components section in Component Library -> module cannot be removed as expected
• Close the project and save all changes
• Open the project again
• Try removing Qt Quick Studio Components section again
• -> is now allowed even thought should not be
