Create timeline module

      We have to create a timeline module that works on top of Qt 5.9 and higher.

      This module with implement the Qt Quick items required for the timeline.

      Status:

      We have a working implementation that should eventually be reviewed.
      The implementation is feature complete.

      Auto tests are still missing.

      Names of QML items should be discussed.
