Moving implicit component out of repeater doesn't render it in new location on form editor

Moving implicit component out of repeater doesn't render it in new location on form editor.

Item renders correctly in state preview. Also, if you move it back into repeater and out again, it renders correctly, so this only happens when the item is moved out of repeater for the first time.
