Changing repeater model property value to 0 doesn't update the form editor correctly

Changing repeater model property value to 0 doesn't update the form editor correctly. Instead repeater parent that was displaying the repeater content will still show content according to whatever model was before it was set to zero. If parent is updated in response to another property change later, then the repeator generated content is correctly updated.
