When resizing a scaled item in the form editor via the resize handles (bottom right) it jumps/moves top left position.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new QtDS project and open the Form Editor
2. Drag in a Rectangle
3. Apply a scaling on the Rectangle (e.g. scale: 1.6)
4. Resize the Rectangle via the bottom right resize handle
