xd bridge export cannot be imported

XD bridge exports, with the .qtbridge extension, cannot currently be imported with the 2.3 beta snapshots. they fail with the following error -

Failed to read the metadata archive.

/Users/brook/qt_ds/snapshots/2.3/bridges/tests/xd/basic/Untitled — 16 November, 12.29.18.qtbridge

No components to write.

Changing extension to .zip and manually unzipping the folder, then importing the metadata works as intended.
