Move Qt Bridge from Left Panel to Right Panel so Layers and Bridge can be open at same time

    Description

      Trying out the Xd Bridge for the first time.  Work flow would be more efficient if the bridge plug-in was in the right panel so I can also have the layers open in the left panel.
