Make DS more accessible for a designer

DS was created on the basis of QT Creator, which is a development tool
If we must keep the dual view of QML and Designer, there are still many elements that are not very accessible or illogical for a designer

suggestions:

• reverse the order of the layers in the Navigation tab
• States_ simplify the "Set when condition" process
• Timeline_simplify the "Expression binding" process
• Properties_simplify the "Property Type" approach (String, real, int ... are not always easy         concepts for a designer)
