    Description

      With inclusion of Monotype Spark into QUL 2.0, it makes sense to add option to enable it on MCUs project creation step.
      Create generic config that enables Spark usage at least on Desktop. 
      Include cmake warnings to adjust it and its glyph cache size for target hardware.
