Add capability to Welcome screen examples view to populate the examples list from online repository

    Description

      Examples shown in the welcome screen should not be defined in the QDS sources but rather this view is populated by the online repository content.
      When new example or update to the existing one is available in the repository it's visually tagged in the list as "New".
