Integrate warnings into the dialog (cmakefiles.txt generation)

When generating the cmakefiles.txt errors and especially non critical warnings should be integrated into the dialog.

The warnings can be shown below the view. 
We should add some descrption above the view:
e.g. "Updating the following files..."
