Show which files and directories are created in the file tree dialog

Currently CMakeList.txt generation shows dialog that "The project is not properly structured for automatically generating CMake files. The following files or directories are missing and may be created: ..."

This dialog should be removed and instead show which directories and files are new (to be created) and which will be overwritten in the treeview file list.
