[Qt Bridge] Allow exported text to be translatable

      A way to wrap text in qsTr(...) would be handy for designing translatable UIs.

      The Qt Bridge plugin already has a "Render Text" checkbox; perhaps this could be extended into a combobox? ("Regular Text", "Translatable Text", "Rendered Text")
