Example project is loaded again and again

When loading examples, the loader does not take into account that it has been loaded already and just complains without giving possibilty to use the existing. Right now all you get is non-descriptive dialog back at you:

What should happen is:

1. user clicks on the example project
2. QDS sees this has been already downloaded
3. QDS gives you modal dialog clearly saying this has been already downloaded , do you want to open it instead
4. if user accepts, open the already downloaded application
