On the Welcome Screen, I double-click one of the Recent projects (not the most recent but any other). This will open two project because after the first click, the project I clicked moves to first position and another project replaces it in its position and the second click is registered on that project. This move is not visible until later so it looks like you are clicking the same project.

By clicking several times rapidly I can open many projects this way.
