macOS: example tile shows "update available" right after installing it

      Tested on macOS M1, Monterey 12.0.1, offline installer build number 33

      • Make sure the example is not installed before (install path by default Documents/QtDesignStudio)
      • Click example tile to download and open example
      • After download, tile shows "update available" icon, see the attached picture
      • Clicking it, example can be overwritten, but still I see "update available"
