[SPIKE] Test the possibility of moving backend service to a separate QML module

Investigate the possibility of creating a QML plugins project to include possible back-end services used by Outrun Design Studio projects.

As an example, MQTT client could be move here, making the project Designer friendly, eliminating the need to manually commenting out QML components that are implemented in C++.
