Snapping doesnt work in Transition Editor

    Description

      When moving/resizing a timeline bar, you cannot snap it to timeline markers as you can in the Timeline view. This makes it difficult to get the bars to the correct position.

      It should snap when holding Shift while dragging with the mouse.
