Cannot delete .js file from Basic project

This seems to be regression from QDS 3.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. install QDS 3.3 from online staging repository (installed 8.4.2022)
2. Open Basic project in design mode
3. Delete the created files from Projects tab

Expected result:

All the files can be deleted

Actual result:

MyJs.js cannot be deleted. From the context menu one can only select 'Open Terminal With' or 'Open With', other items are greyed out. See the image for reference.
