Need an easier way to alter between creating Expression binding and Animation in Timeline Settings dialog

The way to alter between creating Animation and Expression binding in the Timeline Settings dialog is too difficult.

1. A radio button group is used for this but it is not controllable by the user.
2. To create an Expression binding, you must first delete all animations from the timeline, this is not very easy to figure out.
