Tooltip suggests using unavailable option

    Description

      When Qt Design Studio is unable to parse the scene for some reason, hovering the mouse cursor over the Navigator view shows a tooltip that instructs to change the "Use QML emulation layer that is built with the selected Qt" setting.

      This setting is not available by default anymore (nor in this installation of Qt Design Studio), so users will have a hard time finding it.
